Our Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide the best service on time every time. We understand that things may come up making you unable to make it to your appointment. So we have implemented an appointment cancellation policy, which enables us to better utilize available appointments for clients in need of our services.
To cancel your scheduled appointment, please call 1 (519) 342-1767 or email us at [email protected] no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another happy customer access to your appointment time.
Late cancellations will be considered no-shows.
A no-show is someone who misses an appointment without canceling 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time. We regret that with this happening in the past, we have had to implement a no-show fee of 35% of your total service price, that will be charged to you at your next appointment. A notification will be sent alerting you of the fact that you failed to show up for your appointment and did not cancel with enough notice (at least 24 hours in advance).
